Heat presses are used to transfer graphics onto the target substrate using high temperature and pressure. Heat presses also differ in their opening mechanism (manual or automatic, clamshell and swing-away), temperature range, and additional parameters. This variety of heat presses makes it possible to perfectly match the machine to individual transfer needs. They can be used for techniques such as sublimation, flex and flock films, sublimation and solvent flex/flock, DTF, or transfers from laser and inkjet printers.
TC5 SMART 38 x38 cm - transfer heat press for flat surfaces – modular, automatic clamshell press with Bluetooth
The press design is fully modular and consists of: control unit, heating plate, bottom plate, base frame, and power cable. All modules of the heat press can be easily dismantled and replaced in just a few simple steps, offering wide possibilities for upgrading the press according to specific needs
The transfer press can optionally be equipped with interchangeable plates in various sizes, a membrane bottom plate, or dual-plate guides.
The press opens automatically once the set time has elapsed and signals this with a sound. The heating process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a single button. Temperature and pressing time are selected via a digital controller
The pressure is adjusted using a knob located on top of the heating plate. The press also features an additional cover on the heating plate to protect the user from burns
The TC5 Smart 38 x 38 transfer press comes with an innovative Bluetooth interface, which, together with the free Secabo Smart Transfer App, enables remote control of the press. The user can select the type of fabric or material to be printed, and the app automatically adjusts the optimal combination of temperature, time, and pressure.
The electronic control unit also offers several new features – in addition to setting temperature and pressing time, it includes pre-pressing, counting, sleep mode, automatic shut-off, storage for up to 10 transfer parameter settings, and many other functions.
