Heat presses are used to transfer graphics onto the target surface using high temperature and pressure. Heat presses differ in their opening mechanisms (manual or automatic, clamshell or swing-away), temperature range, and additional features. This variety allows for perfect customization of the machine to meet individual transfer needs. They are suitable for techniques such as sublimation, flex and flock foils, sublimation and solvent-based flex and flock, DTF, or transfers from laser and inkjet printers.
TC5 LITE Energy Saver Secabo - transfer heat press for flat surfaces - modular, automatically opening clamshell press
The press has a fully modular design, consisting of: control unit, heating plate, lower plate, base frame, and power cable. All modules can be easily disassembled and replaced in just a few simple steps, offering wide expansion possibilities depending on the user’s needs.
The transfer press can optionally be equipped with interchangeable plates of various sizes, a membrane lower plate, or dual-plate rails. There is also an option to expand the press with a Bluetooth module.
The press opens automatically once the set time has elapsed and signals this with a sound alert. The heating process can be interrupted at any moment by pressing a single button. Temperature and pressing time are selected via a digital controller.
Pressure is adjusted with a knob located on top of the heating plate. The heat press is equipped with an additional cover on the heating plate to protect the user from burns
In the TC5 Energy Saver press, a modern heating plate has been used, equipped with additional insulation that significantly reduces energy consumption – by about 60% over the entire operating cycle compared to standard presses. The new technologies applied also reduce the carbon footprint, contributing to environmental protection. Automatic shut-off and sleep mode during idle periods are additional advantages of the press in saving energy. Moreover, efficient energy management extends the device’s lifespan, thereby improving its operating efficiency and contributing to faster cost amortization. Even heat distribution ensures consistent, high-quality prints.
