Heat Transfer Presses are used to transfer graphics onto the target surface using high temperature and pressure. Heat presses differ in their opening mechanism (manual or automatic, clamshell or swing-away), temperature range, and additional features. This variety of transfer presses makes it possible to perfectly match the machine to individual needs – for printing on T-shirts, hoodies, bags, or other media. They can be used with techniques such as sublimation, flex and flock foils, sublimation flex and flock, solvent transfer, DTF, as well as laser and inkjet printer transfers.
Pneumatic Dual-Plate Heat Transfer Press TPD7 40 x 50 cm, Automatic Opening
The TPD7 thermal press is a dual-plate device powered by compressed air, making work easier while ensuring consistent print quality. Designed for professional, high-volume applications. Both plates measure 40 x 50 cm, providing a large working area. The dual work surface enables a smooth production process: while one plate is in use, the other can be prepared for the next transfer. The parallel alignment of the heating plate with the lower plates ensures full access to the entire work area.
The heating head is manually moved horizontally, allowing easy positioning over the selected lower plate. The vertical movement of the head ensures even pressure on the transferred materials without shifting them.
The TPD7 transfer press opens automatically once the set time has elapsed. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a single button.
Temperature and pressing time are controlled via a digital controller.
The press also allows the use of additional plate sizes with a quick-change adapter (available separately).
