Instructions for Use:
1. Prepare your design in black using CMYK colors (Black = 100% Cyan, 100% Magenta, 100% Yellow, and 100% Black). There should be no white in the design or print.
2. Free spaces in the design should be at least 6 mm.
3. Fonts smaller than 17 pt are not recommended.
4. Wear latex gloves – fingerprints can affect print quality.
5. Print on the coated/rough side of the film.
6. Apply DTF heat transfer powder and heat the transfer according to the manufacturer’s instructions:
- Ovens: max. 135°C (275°F)
- Powder applicators with infrared heating: max. 100°C (212°F)
7. Transfer the print to the fabric: 160–170°C, 30 seconds, high pressure, peel the film cold.
8. Apply Hot Stamping foil according to the foil instructions: 160–170°C, 40 seconds, high pressure, peel the foil cold
Double-Sided Printing on Textiles:
When printing designs on both the front and back of a t-shirt, ensure that the printed side is under the heating plate of the heat press. This prevents unwanted changes to the previously applied design by exposing only one side of the fabric to heat.
Washing and Care:
- Wash at up to 40°C / 104°F, inside out
- Do not use fabric softeners or liquid detergents
- Do not tumble dry; hang or lay flat to dry
- Iron inside out
IMPORTANT:
Before starting mass production, we strongly recommend testing printing and washing on all materials used.
