It is made of a high quality reflective polyurethane flex, laminated with a thermally activated glue. For heat transfer on cotton, polyester and similar fibres, 100 microns. Advadntages: highly reflective, accurate plotting, thin and elastic, selfadhesive carier.
The reflective layer is certified EN 471 class, for safety applications.
Instruction
You need to print the image in reverse (i.e. mirrored image). Cut the thermally activated foil on the plotter as far as the poliester interlayer. After weeding off the excess apply the foil using heat transfer press.
Washability: 60°C.
Transfer time: 17 seconds, temperature: 165°C.
Take off transport foil at cold.
